Al-Rushaid Valve & Instrument Co., Ltd. is Saudi Arabia’s
leading manufacturer of valves and process instruments. Under a Joint
Venture with Dresser Industries Inc. (USA), the Group fabricates a variety
of valves and valve components including Consolidated Safety Relief
Valves, Masoneilan Control Valves and Ashcroft Pressure and Temperature
Instruments.
The facility has been in operation since 1985, and is
a major supplier to ARAMCO, the SABIC petrochemical plants, and SCECO/SWCC
power plants. Quality is a foremost priority, and the entire design,
manufacturing, and testing process is regularly audited by independent
accreditation bodies. DARVICO has the ASME Certification and the authority
to use the ‘UV’ & ‘NB’ stamps as a mark
of conformance to the ASME Code. It is the only valve shop outside of
North America to hold the ‘VR’ stamp for valve repair certified
by the National Board of Boiler & Pressure Vessel Inspectors (USA).
Other industry specific certifications include the ‘UL’
listings, SASO approval, and ISO-9002 certification by Lloyds Register.

| Efficient customer service and short
turnaround times are the main areas of focus. All products have
to pass exacting internal quality standards before being shipped
to the client, their technicians are trained and certified annually
by Dresser’s Training Manager, and they provide comprehensive
pre and after sales support.
